Catch Up Permit Application Basics

The Basics:

Please follow the instructions below to complete the Application. Incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete applications will be rejected automatically.

  • Complete all of the fields
  • Select the Date ( [#FROM#] to [##TO##] ) – This is the time period for which the Permit will be valid.
  • Upload the list of employee names together with ID numbers (.xlsx, .csv preferred)
  • Agree to the Terms and Conditions

After submitting your Application, the approval/rejection can take up to 24 hours during weekdays. No approval will be done over weekends unless special permissions have been granted.

Unfortunately Not. This permit only allows the Company to work Extended hours during weekdays and on a Saturday. The allowed times is as follows:

  • Weekdays: 07:00 – 19:00
  • Saturdays: 08:00 – 18:00

Yes. Employees need to already be fully registered and possess an Active access to the Estate. Unregistered and Expired Employees will not qualify for the Extended Working hours. Always ensure that your employees possess the “Active” status before applying for the Permit.

Unfortunately Not. We are governed by the Personal Protection Act to not divulge any details of Individuals located on our Database. You are welcome to contact our Registration Department and provide a list of current employees that can be verified.

Unfortunately Not. This Permit will only be approved for Construction Sites. Companies doing specific Renovations, Handyman Services on existing dwellings will not be approved. Special Circumstances and Permissions will be required.
